Chocolate spider cupcakes

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and set 12 paper liners in a muffin pan.
2. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and sugar. Add the eggs, then the melted butter and the milk, and mix just enough.
3. Fill the liners two-thirds full and bake for 20 minutes. Let them cool completely.
4. Make a ganache: pour the simmering cream over the chopped chocolate, wait a minute, stir until smooth and let it thicken for 15 minutes.
5. Top each cupcake with a dome of ganache. Cut the licorice into 4 cm pieces and stick four on each side for the legs.
6. Add two eyes at the front of each spider, and let them set in the fridge.
