2 egg whites (about 60 g)
120 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Chocolate chips for the eyes

Steps 5 steps

Preheat the oven to 100 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Once they're nice and foamy, add the sugar in three goes, and whisk until the meringue is firm and glossy.
Put the meringue in a piping bag (or a freezer bag with a corner snipped off) and pipe ghosts: a big spiral that rises to a point.
Add two chocolate chips for the eyes.
Bake for 1 h 30 at 100 °C, then let them dry in the turned-off oven for half an hour, door ajar.
