  1. Prep the broccoli

Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel the stems and slice them into thin rounds.

  2. Cook the noodles

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in the saucepan. Add the rice noodles and cook for 4 min over high heat. Drain and set aside.

  3. Cut up the chicken

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Grate the fresh ginger. Cut the chicken breasts into 2 cm cubes.

Tip · To save time, you can grate the ginger right over the wok while the oil heats up.
  4. Brown the chicken

Heat the sunflower oil in the wok over high heat. Add the chicken cubes and brown them for 3 min, stirring. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  5. Add the garlic and ginger

Stir the garlic and grated ginger into the wok. Cook for 1 min, stirring, to bring out the flavors.

  6. Cook the broccoli

Add the broccoli to the wok with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 4 min over high heat so it stays crisp.

Tip · If the broccoli is too firm, cover the wok for 1 min to soften it a little without making it mushy.
  7. Toss with the noodles

Add the drained noodles to the wok. Add the soy sauce and toss well to coat everything evenly.

  8. Adjust the seasoning

Taste and adjust the salt or pepper if needed. Serve right away, nice and hot.
