  1. Faire cuire les pâtes

    Porte l'eau de la casserole à ébullition. Ajoute une pincée de sel et les pâtes. Laisse cuire 8 à 10 minutes à feu moyen jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient al dente. Égoutte-les dans la passoire.

    Dans la même casserole, fais revenir les brocolis à feu moyen avec un peu d'eau (2 cuillères à soupe) pendant 5 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient tendres mais encore croquants.

  4. Préparer la béchamel

    Dans la poêle, fais fondre le beurre à feu doux. Ajoute la farine et mélange bien pour obtenir un roux. Verse le lait petit à petit en remuant pour éviter les grumeaux. Laisse épaissir 3 à 4 minutes.

  5. Assembler le gratin
