  1. Faire cuire les pâtes

    Porte à ébullition 1 litre d'eau dans la casserole. Ajoute une pincée de sel et les pâtes. Laisse cuire 8 minutes à feu moyen sans couvrir.

  2. Égoutter les pâtes

    Verse les pâtes dans la passoire et rince-les à l'eau froide pour stopper la cuisson. Réserve.

  3. Décongeler les épinards

    Mets les épinards surgelés dans la poêle à feu doux. Remue de temps en temps jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient décongelés et bien chauds.

  4. Préparer la béchamel

    Dans la même poêle, fais fondre le beurre à feu moyen. Ajoute la farine et mélange 1 minute pour former un roux. Verse le lait petit à petit en remuant sans cesse pour éviter les grumeaux. Laisse épaissir 3 minutes à feu doux. Sale et poivre.

    Tip · Pour une béchamel plus lisse, utilise un fouet plutôt qu'une cuillère en bois.
  5. Mélanger les pâtes

    Ajoute les pâtes égouttées et les épinards dans la poêle avec la béchamel. Mélange bien pour enrober uniformément.

  6. Préchauffer le four

    Préchauffe le four à 180°C (thermostat 6).

  7. Gratiner au four

    Verse le mélange dans le plat à gratin. Saupoudre avec le fromage râpé. Enfourne pour 10 minutes jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit bien gratiné.
