Step-by-step recipe

  1. Prep the veggies

Thinly slice the half red onion. Dice the tomato and let it drain a little on the cutting board.

  2. Mash the avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and mash the flesh with a fork in a bowl with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  3. Make the tuna filling

Drain the 200 g of tuna and flake it into the other bowl. Add the onion, tomato, salt and pepper, then stir. Don't add the cheese here: it's for spreading.

  4. Spread the tortillas

Lay the 4 tortillas flat. Spread about 12 g of cream cheese on each, so the 50 g split over the 4, then a layer of mashed avocado, leaving a 2 cm border.

Tip · Make sure you leave a 2 cm border and don't overfill, otherwise the wrap tears when you roll it.
  5. Fill and roll

Split the tuna and veggie mix into four equal portions over the tortillas. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly.

  6. Toast the wraps

Heat the dry skillet over medium heat. Toast the wraps seam side down, in 2 batches of 2 wraps: 2 min per side, so about 8 min total.

Tip · Put the wraps in the skillet seam side down so they stay sealed without a toothpick.
  7. Cut and serve

Cut each wrap in half on an angle and serve right away, 2 wraps per person.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
