  1. Prep the chicken

Cut the chicken breasts into 2 cm pieces. Peel and finely mince the garlic.

  2. Cook the rice

Rinse the rice under cold water in the colander. Bring 30 cl of water to a boil in the saucepan, add the rice and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat for 20 min, uncovered, then drain.

  3. Cook the green beans

Heat a saucepan of salted water over high heat. As soon as it boils, drop in the frozen green beans for 8 min. Drain and set aside.

Tip · For crisp green beans, plunge them into ice water for 2 min after cooking.
  4. Make the sauce

In a bowl, mix the honey, mustard, minced garlic and a pinch of salt.

  5. Cook the chicken

Heat the oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and brown them for 5 min, stirring. Add the sauce and simmer for 8 min over low heat, stirring.

Tip · If the sauce gets too thick, add 1 tbsp of hot water.
  6. Serve

Divide the rice among the plates, add the green beans and top with the chicken and its sauce.
