Turn your oven broiler on to 220 °C and set the rack in the top position.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes
Drain the 25 g of sun-dried tomatoes if they're packed in oil, then cut them into small pieces.
Butter the bread
Soften the 25 g of butter, then spread it on just one side of the 4 slices of sandwich bread. Lay 2 slices buttered side down on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Tip · Butter the outside of the bread, not the inside: that's the side that browns and gets crispy under the broiler.
Fill the sandwiches
On the 2 slices on the sheet, spread half the béchamel, the ham (100 g), the sun-dried tomatoes and half the Swiss cheese (37 g). Close them up with the other 2 slices, buttered side out.
Brown under the broiler
Slide the sandwiches in for 3 minutes, flip them with the spatula, then let them brown for 2 minutes on the other side.
Top and broil
Spread the rest of the béchamel (5 cl) on top and add the nutmeg, salt, pepper and the rest of the Swiss cheese. Put them back under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden.
Tip · Stay right by the oven, the top goes from golden to burnt super fast. Serve with a green salad if you have one.
And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.

Pantry salt, oil and spices aren't counted. Your store and your brands will move the total, but the ballpark is right.
How long does it keep?
Eat it fresh. Bread and wraps get soggy when they sit with the filling. Prep the filling ahead if you want, and put it together the day you eat it!
