  1. Boil the water

Fill the saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the pasta

Drop the pasta into the boiling water and let it cook for 8 to 10 min, following the time on the package. Drain in the colander without rinsing.

  3. Start the spinach

Heat the oil in the nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 min without letting it brown.

Tip · To keep the garlic from burning, take it off the heat as soon as it smells good, before it darkens.
  4. Add the spinach

Add the frozen spinach to the skillet and let it thaw over low heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 min.

  5. Cook the eggs

In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet with the spinach and stir quickly.

Tip · If the eggs are cooking too fast, turn the heat down and stir constantly for a creamy texture.
  6. Add the pasta

Add the drained pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat it with the spinach and eggs. Let it warm for 1 to 2 min over low heat.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
