Precook the potatoes
Peel the 150 g of potatoes and cut them into thin 3 mm slices. Drop them into a saucepan of salted boiling water and cook for 8 min, then drain.
Cut the zucchini and chicken
Wash the 2 zucchini and cut them into 5 mm rounds. Cut the 300 g of chicken breast into 2 cm cubes.
Sear the chicken
Heat 0.5 tbsp of olive oil in the skillet over high heat. Brown the chicken cubes for 5 min, stirring, with the salt and pepper, then set them aside.
Tip · Don't stir the chicken for the first 2 minutes, it browns better and doesn't give off water.

Make the sauce
In the mixing bowl, mix 10 cl of crème fraîche, 5 cl of milk, the pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of pepper. Spoon it over the vegetables and chicken in the dish.
Add the cheese
Scatter the 40 g of shredded Swiss cheese over the whole dish.
Bake the gratin
Bake for 20 min at 200 °C, until the top is golden and the chicken is white all the way through, with no pink. Let it rest for 3 min before serving.
Tip · Cut a chicken cube in half from the middle of the dish, it should be white with no pink juices.
