  1. Chop the onion

Peel the onion and dice it small. Set it aside in a bowl.

  2. Cut the bell pepper

Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and dice it small. Add it to the onion.

  3. Cut the chicken

Cut the chicken into small pieces, about 1 cm each. Season lightly with salt.

  4. Cook the vegetables

Heat the oil in the skillet and cook the onion and bell pepper over medium heat for 5 min, until soft.

Tip · To keep the vegetables from burning, turn down the heat if needed and add a little water if the skillet gets too dry.
  5. Cook the chicken

Add the chicken to the skillet and brown it over medium-high heat for 8 min, stirring often.

  6. Season the mix

Sprinkle the paprika over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for 1 more min.

  7. Warm the tortillas

Quickly warm the tortillas in the hot skillet, 10 seconds per side, to soften them.

  8. Fill the tortillas

Spread the chicken and vegetable mix over the tortillas. Add half the shredded cheese to each one.

  9. Melt the cheese

Fold the tacos closed and toast them for 1 min in the skillet over low heat to melt the cheese.

Tip · If the cheese isn't melting enough, cover the skillet with a lid for 30 seconds to speed it up.
  10. Serve with the yogurt

Open the tacos and serve them with the plain yogurt on the side as a sauce.
