Step-by-step recipe

  1. Cook the potatoes

Wash the baby potatoes without peeling them and cut them in half. Put them in a saucepan of cold salted water, bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat.

  2. Add the green beans

Trim the 300 g of green beans and drop them into the saucepan with the potatoes. Keep cooking at a gentle boil until tender but still crunchy.

  3. Drain the veggies

Tip everything into the colander and let it drain well. Set the saucepan aside.

  4. Prep the salmon

Cut the 300 g of salmon into big 3 cm cubes. Season them with salt and pepper. Chop the dill, zest the lemon, then squeeze the juice.

  5. Brown the potatoes

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in the skillet over high heat. Brown the potatoes cut side down, without stirring them too much.

Tip · Set the potatoes cut side down and don't move them for 2 to 3 minutes, that's what gives you a nice golden crust.
  6. Add the green beans

Add the green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper and sauté. Tip everything onto a plate.

  7. Sear the salmon

Add 1 more tbsp of oil to the skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon cubes on all sides until cooked through, opaque and flaking apart.

Tip · Flip the salmon pieces gently with the spatula, or they'll fall apart. The salmon is done when it's no longer translucent in the center.
  8. Bring it together and season

Put the veggies back in the skillet with the salmon, add the lemon zest and juice, then toss gently. Taste, adjust the salt and pepper and sprinkle with dill before serving.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
