  1. Preheat the oven

Turn the oven on to 200 °C (gas mark 6-7).

  2. Prep the potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes. In a large bowl, toss them with 1 tbsp of oil, the smoked paprika and the pinch of salt.

  3. Roast the potatoes

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25 min at 200 °C.

Tip · For really crispy potatoes, don't crowd them on the sheet, and flip them halfway through.
  4. Cook the drumsticks

In a nonstick skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat. Add the drumsticks and brown them for 5 min on each side. Add the barbecue sauce and stir to coat.

Tip · If the barbecue sauce is too thick, add 1 tbsp of water so it coats the drumsticks more easily.
  5. Prep the corn

Drain the canned corn and set it aside.

  6. Cook the corn

In the same skillet as the drumsticks (no need to empty it), melt the butter over low heat. Add the corn and cook it for 3 min, stirring.

  7. Plate it up

Take the potatoes out of the oven. On each plate, add a serving of potatoes, a chicken drumstick and some of the skillet corn.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
