The last meal of the year, seafood-forward and sparkling, with its game plan all the way to dessert.
For the last meal of the year, we go all out! This New Year's Eve menu goes seafood and chic: blinis with taramasalata, shrimp with cocktail sauce and gougères to open the evening.
Seared scallops on parsnip purée, then the salmon en croûte with its beurre blanc: elegant, and way simpler than it looks.
A cheese board, then a vanilla raspberry ice cream yule log, enough to keep you going until the stroke of midnight. Happy New Year in advance!
