  1. Preheat the oven

Turn the oven on to 220 °C (gas mark 7). Set the baking sheet on the middle rack for even baking.

Tip · For a crispier crust, lightly brush the edges of the dough with a little olive oil before baking.
  2. Roll out the dough

Take the pizza dough out of its package. Spread it right onto the baking sheet, lightly greased, into a circle about 25 cm across. Use the rolling pin if needed to even it out.

  3. Spread the sauce

With a spoon, spread the tomato sauce over the whole dough, leaving a 1 cm border for the crust. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. Add the ham

Cut the ham into small cubes or thin strips. Scatter them evenly over the sauce.

  5. Add the mushrooms

Clean the white mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Slice them thin and spread them over the ham.

  6. Sprinkle the oregano

Sprinkle the oregano evenly over the whole pizza.

Tip · To keep the mushrooms from releasing too much water, cook them in a skillet for 2 min before adding them to the pizza.
  7. Add the mozzarella

Drain the mozzarella and cut it into small pieces. Scatter them over the pizza, covering the other toppings well.

  8. Bake the pizza

Slide the baking sheet with the pizza into the hot oven. Bake for 15 to 20 min, until the crust is golden and the cheese is nicely melted.

  9. Slice and serve

Carefully take the pizza out of the oven. Let it cool for 2 min, then cut it into 4 or 6 slices with a sharp knife.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
