  1. Cook the pasta

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add 10 g of salt and drop in the 140 g of pasta. Let it cook for 10 to 12 min, following the package.

Tip · To save time, bring the water to a boil while you chop the onion.
  2. Drain the pasta

Drain the pasta in a colander and set it aside in a bowl. Save a little cooking water in case you need it.

  3. Cook the onion

Dice the small onion. In a hot skillet with the olive oil, cook it for 3 min over medium heat without letting it brown.

  4. Add the peas

Add the 150 g of frozen peas to the skillet with the onion. Cook for 5 min over medium heat, stirring.

  5. Drain the tuna

Open the can of tuna, drain it well and flake it with a fork in a bowl.

  6. Toss it all together

Add the drained pasta, the flaked tuna and the crème fraîche to the skillet. Mix well and let it warm for 2 min over low heat.

Tip · For a creamier result, add the crème fraîche at the very end so it doesn't separate.
  7. Season

Taste and adjust with salt and pepper to your liking. If it looks too dry, add a little pasta water.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
