  1. Preheat the skillet

Set the nonstick skillet over medium heat with no fat and let it preheat for 2 min.

  2. Peel the potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into 2 cm cubes and rinse them under cold water.

  3. Cook the potatoes

In the saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook them for 12 min over medium heat. Drain and set aside.

Tip · To keep the potatoes from sticking to the saucepan, stir them once while they cook with the wooden spoon.
  4. Prep the broccoli

Wash the broccoli, cut it into small florets and cut the stems into pieces.

  5. Cook the broccoli

In the same saucepan of boiling water, add the broccoli and cook it for 5 min. Drain and set aside.

  6. Season the salmon

Take the salmon out of its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Drizzle it with the juice of half a lemon and season with salt and pepper.

Tip · If the salmon is very thick, cook it 1 min longer on each side for perfect results.
  7. Cook the salmon

In the hot skillet, add the oil and set the salmon fillets skin side down. Cook for 4 min over medium heat, flip them and cook for 3 more min.

  8. Plate it up

Divide the potatoes and broccoli among the plates. Set the salmon on top and drizzle with the rest of the lemon juice.

And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
