Step-by-step recipe

  1. Boil the water

Fill the saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the pasta

Drop the pasta into the boiling water and let it cook for 8 to 10 min, following the time on the package. Drain in the colander.

  3. Cut the chicken

On the cutting board, cut the chicken breast into small cubes of about 1.5 cm.

  4. Brown the chicken

In the hot nonstick skillet with the oil, brown the chicken cubes over medium heat for 5 min, stirring often. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Tip · For nicely browned chicken, don't crowd the skillet. Cook it in two batches if needed.
  5. Add the spinach

Add the frozen spinach to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for 3 min over medium heat, stirring.

  6. Stir in the cream

Add the crème fraîche to the skillet and mix well. Let it warm for 2 min over low heat without letting it boil.

  7. Toss with the pasta

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Mix well so the pasta gets coated in cream and spinach.

Tip · If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to loosen it.
And there you go, it's readyCheck off every step to celebrate.
