  1. Préparer les épinards

    Dépose les épinards surgelés dans la casserole sans ajouter d’eau. Fais-les décongeler à feu moyen en remuant avec la cuillère en bois pendant 3 à 4 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien tendres.

    Quand le dessus de l’omelette est encore légèrement baveux, plie-la en deux avec la cuillère en bois. Laisse cuire encore 1 minute pour terminer la cuisson.

  7. Préparer la salade

    Lave la salade verte sous l’eau froide. Essore-la bien en la pressant dans tes mains ou dans un torchon propre pour enlever l’excès d’eau.

  8. Servir l'omelette

    Sers l’omelette sur une assiette, accompagnée de la salade verte à côté. Tu peux la découper en deux portions si tu préfères.
