  1. Faire cuire le riz

    Rince le riz à l'eau froide dans une passoire pour enlever l'amidon. Dans la casserole, porte 300 ml d'eau à ébullition avec une pincée de sel. Ajoute le riz, couvre et laisse cuire à feu doux pendant 12 minutes. Éteins le feu et laisse reposer 5 minutes hors du feu avant d'égoutter si nécessaire.

  2. Préparer les champignons

    Émince les champignons en fines lamelles sur la planche à découper. Sale légèrement et réserve.

  3. Faire revenir les champignons

    Dans la poêle antiadhésive, fais fondre 10 g de beurre à feu moyen. Ajoute les champignons et fais-les revenir 5 à 6 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient rendu leur eau et soient dorés. Sale et poivre légèrement.

  4. Battre les œufs

    Dans le bol moyen, bats les 6 œufs en omelette avec une fourchette. Sale et poivre généreusement. Réserve.

  5. Cuire l'omelette

    Dans la même poêle, fais fondre les 10 g de beurre restants à feu moyen. Verse les œufs battus et laisse cuire 2 à 3 minutes sans toucher, jusqu'à ce que les bords soient pris. Ajoute les champignons égouttés et répartis-les sur une moitié de l'omelette.

  6. Plier et servir

    Avec une spatule, plie l'omelette en deux pour emprisonner les champignons. Laisse cuire encore 1 minute à feu doux. Sers immédiatement avec le riz cuit à côté.
