  1. Faire cuire pâtes

    Porte une casserole d'eau à ébullition. Ajoute une pincée de sel et les pâtes. Laisse cuire 8 à 10 min à feu moyen jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient al dente. Égoutte-les dans une passoire.

    Dans une poêle à feu moyen, fais revenir le jambon coupé en dés 2 min sans ajout de matière grasse. Réserve.

  4. Préparer sauce béchamel

    Dans la même poêle, fais fondre le beurre à feu doux. Ajoute la farine et mélange 1 min pour former un roux. Verse le lait petit à petit en remuant pour éviter les grumeaux. Laisse épaissir 3 à 4 min à feu moyen. Sale et poivre.

  5. Mélanger tous ingrédients

    Dans un plat à gratin, mélange les pâtes égouttées, le brocoli, le jambon et la sauce béchamel. Répartis uniformément.

  6. Saupoudrer fromage

    Parsème le gratin avec le fromage râpé. Utilise la moitié du fromage pour cette étape.

    Tip · Si tu veux un gratin plus croustillant, passe-le sous le grill 1 à 2 min de plus à la fin.
  7. Cuire au four

    Enfourne le gratin à 180°C (chaleur tournante si possible) pendant 15 à 20 min, jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit bien gratiné et doré.

  8. Gratiner final

    Sors le gratin du four. Ajoute le reste du fromage râpé sur le dessus et remets 2 min sous le grill pour un effet croustillant.
