The starting pointWhy people look for something other than Pimzi
The first reason is the model. The first menu is free to try it out, then access is paid, by monthly subscription or lifetime access, and the site doesn't show the amounts before purchase. To organize meals, a lot of people would rather know what they'll pay, or pay nothing at all.
The second is about scope: Pimzi plans the week's dinners. Lunches, whether working from home, the kids on Wednesday or the weekend, still have to be organized some other way.
The third is about the store. Menus follow the prices of one of the thirteen announced store chains: that's precise if you shop there, less useful if you buy at the farmers' market, from a local producer or at several stores.
What makes people hesitate to leave: a week's total announced to within 10% for the chosen store chain, and meals that are too expensive swapped out automatically. An alternative that dropped the budget wouldn't be an improvement.
